Jenny confirms that's George Gallup, but says the owners were prior to the Musselmans. The only previous owners I am aware of were Van Zandts and Strykers.
I recall that pix hanging in B-burg Cafe. I'm pretty sure those are the Musselmans and possibly George Gallup? Jenny Hartshorne might know. I'll try to forward/ask.
